About Child Evangelism Fellowship
Reaching children with the gospel worldwide since 1937
Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF) was established in 1937 with a mission "to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living." This purpose is as important today as it was then. CEF is in nearly every country of the world and in 2017, over 24 million children heard the Gospel. CEF workers are striving toward the motto: "Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day".
Hawkeye Chapter is in the East Central region of Iowa, servicing 8 counties with a population of over 43,000 elementary children. Hawkeye Chapter is a complete resource for individuals and church groups who wish to develop their outreach to children. Comprehensive training is offered to go into the community and share the Gospel with children through 5-Day Clubs and Good News Clubs.
