As a table leader and memory verse leader, Beth gets to work individually with each student at her table, giving her the opportunity to really get to know them, and help them understand and grow in their faith. One recent special student was a delight! Not only did this child complete every take home assignment, but she was full of questions. She loved the clubs so much that she brought her friends to the club. She moves to middle school this fall. But Beth and the whole team at Wright will pray for her as she faces the challenges.
As the memory verse leader, Beth finds fun new ways to help the children learn and understand the week’s verse. She uses unique and interesting tools provided by CEF to help the children memorize and understand why the verse is relevant to them. Beth and Al have been married 54 years and have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Being a CEF volunteer gives her a chance to spend time with elementary children and enjoy their curiosity and energy while serving the Lord. (She is like a grandma.)
