Stand Up Challenge

GOAL:
Stand up without getting wet!

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Set up:
  • Split kids into two teams
  • Have first child in each team lay down on the grass with a cup of water over the child’s head (holding it with their hands)

• Play:
  • Player lies flat on the ground and holding the cup of water right to their forehead
  • Challenge: try to stand up holding the cup without spilling it all over themselves.
  • After the first player stands up, pass the cup (with the remaining water) to the next person.
  • Game continues until one team runs out of water!
• Win:
  • The last team to have water in their cup wins!

VARIATIONS:

• For an extra challenge, try to do it balancing it on your head and not using your hands!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Two cups (or one for each team)
• Water
