Rope Game (Less Than 12 Kids)

GOAL:

• Find the knot!

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Set up:
  • Choose a volunteer
  • Have other children grab the rope and make a circle
  • Volunteer goes into the middle of circle

• Play:
  • Child in the middle closes eyes
  • Say the verse with the children, moving the rope around the circle as you go
  • Stop moving the rope when the verse is over
  • The one who is closest to the knot in the rope covers it with his hand
  • The child in the middle has 2 guesses to see who has the knot!

• Large rope with a knot
