Drip, Drip, Drench

GOAL:

• Like Duck, Duck Goose but with a sponge and water

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Set up:
  • Sit all kids in a circle
  • Place bucket of water with sponge in the middle
  • Choose one child to be “it”

• Play:
  • Child who is “it” gets the sponge wet and walks around the outside of the circle saying, “Drip” while dripping water on the children
  • Child chooses one child to drench (squeeze all remaining water from sponge) and drops sponge on the ground
  • Drenched child picks up the sponge and chases child who is “it” and attempts to hit him/her with the sponge
• Win:
  • Everyone who gets wet wins ;)

VARIATIONS:
